Our beautiful beach cottage is located in a family oriented community in Seagrove Beach Florida.

Our home is part of  development that has two tennis courts, two pools and a fishing pond. It is a safe neighborhood perfect for children. Next to the development is St. Joe State Park with nature trails. The beach with its crystal clear waters and white sand is only a 5 minutes stroll.

We are only a 3 minutes drive to Seaside, and an 8 minutes drive to the famous Grayton Beach State Park (named several times as the best beach in the U.S.A.) You can go fishing and kayaking,(there is a rental place very close to the house)ride a bike and enjoy the scenery, drive to nearby Destin to shop at the outlets or to enjoy the water parks.

There is so much to do, but to be honest, nothing is better than to enjoy the incredible crystal clear waters!

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a master bath with a double sink and whirlpool tub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed; the children's room has  two twin beds and access to the front porch. 

The house is fully furnished, including iron/iron board, blender, washer/dryer, three TVs with cable service, beach umbrella and beach chairs. For the little ones we have a high chair and a playpen. It also has two bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, ninja blender and waffle maker.

Our house location is honestly we are between Seaside, The Hub and Rosemary Beach Walking distance to wonderful restaurants like:  The Perfect Pig, Angelina's and 30A. Brozinni's Pizza is practically in the neighborhood, best pizza of the area,  and we know about good pizza, we live in NY. We are only a 25 minutes drive to Destin and  a 20 minutes Panama City Beach.
